Now Hiring - Call Center Representative in Ridgefield, WA

Seeking Call Center Reps to join our winning team at IBEX Roof, a leader in the multi-billion-dollar home improvement industry. We are growing like crazy, and we need people who are looking to grow!

Requirements:

• Must be able to work all shifts 9-5, 12-8 and weekends

• Experience in high volume outbound, sales, telemarketing and/ or cold calling is preferred

• Strong communication skills and a super attitude are a must!

• Strong computer system navigation skills

• Dependability is a MUST

Responsibilities include:

• Setting appointments for our Estimators to demonstrate our home improvement products.

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

• Researching and qualifying new leads.

• Meet or exceed appointment setting quality of goals within company guidelines
